*Terms and Conditions for Brilliant Driving School*
A copy of these terms can be provided upon request in writing.
1. Students are required to confirm with us in regard to making payments.
2. First time lessons must be paid for at the point of booking. (None refundable & None transferable)
3. Future lessons must be paid no later than 72 hours before lesson start time to confirm lesson booking. (Non refundable/but transferable) A Total Drive app message will be sent 72 hours before the lesson as a reminder that payment is due if not already paid.
4. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel pre-booked driving lessons or a full charge will be applied.
5. Late cancellations within 48hrs will result in a full charge. Failure to make payment after this period will be pursued legally. After 3 such cancellations your accounts with Brilliant Driving School will be terminated.
6. Block bookings are available at reduced rates on our website. Any block bookings are none refundable or transferable if lessons are cancelled by the student.
7. We reserve the right to amend driving lessons if we are unable to keep the appointment in any event. As much notice as possible will be provided.
8. Prior to booking a practical Driving Test. Make sure the car & coach are available.
9. To be able to use any of Brilliant Driving School’s cars or their associated coaches cars for your driving test, a minimum of 3 mock driving tests with no serious or dangerous faults and a maximum of 5 minor marks must be past.
10. Vehicle CCTV and Audio Recording is in use internal and external front and rear, including audio recording. This is for the safety, security, and safeguarding of all occupants, and consent is required from any adult aged 18 or over using the service. The internal CCTV and audio can be turned off by request of persons under 18.
Brilliant Driving School reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at anytime. A full copy of these terms & conditions are available upon your request.
