12. Vehicle CCTV and Audio Recording

For the safety, security, and safeguarding of all passengers, staff, drivers, children, young persons, and vulnerable adults, vehicles used in connection with our services may operate CCTV and audio recording systems.

This may include:

* Internal video recording within the vehicle;

* External video recording from the front, rear, and surrounding areas of the vehicle;

* Audio or voice recording within the vehicle where legally permitted.

The purpose of these recordings includes:

* Protecting the safety and welfare of passengers and drivers;

* Assisting in the prevention, detection, and investigation of safeguarding concerns, abuse, harassment, criminal activity, accidents, or misconduct;

By using our services or travelling in vehicles operated on our behalf, individuals acknowledge and accept that CCTV and audio recording systems may be in operation for safeguarding and security purposes.
